We looking for a junior/ senior AI Engineer with a proven experience in computer science with strong working background in machine learning and conversational AI techniques who enjoys developing innovative AI solutions in our young and ambitious team. You should be curious and open to new methods and ideas to develop a leading edge conversational expert system for B-to-B-E-Commerce-Shops. You will be evaluating existing NLP technology, transformer models and Knowledge Graph solutions enhancing the capabilities and accuracy of our new AI-based shop expert system.
Participate in the construction and optimization of Conversational Expert System based on NLP, GTP-3 and knowledge graphs
Interact with business counterparts to determine and refine conversational expert system objectives.
Designing a robust platform for Conversational AI application lifecycle
Explore and prototype current industry trends and demonstrate applicability/value add to the conversational expert system
Designing conversational expert platform to automate e-commerce sales and service processes
Running tests, performing statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in AI/ machine learning, computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related field
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in knowledge management, data integration, data quality, NLP, or graph processing
Familiar with the use of basic NLP tools and frameworks such as BERT/GPT-3 principles and techniques
Experience with machine learning and deep learning techniques for knowledge base and graphs
Experience in domain-specific model development
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
